I wanted to wait before writing a review, as I've unfortunately found myself in situations where I have left a review too soon, only to be disappointed later on. From day one, from when I first reached out to set up an appointment to stepping into the office, I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I am only sorry that I didn't come across Newbury Dental sooner. Isabel was helpful in talking through payment options when it came to procedures I was trying to have done, in additional to being very helpful and efficient with regard to dealing with my insurance. She was quick to let me know what my copay was, and helped to move the process along very quickly, which was not the case with another dental office I had frequented. There was no extended delays in having to wait to hear back from the insurance company after filing a claim (she again, was able to quickly tell me my out-of-pocket expense). And Gaby was and has been helpful in setting up appointments and also communicating with Dr. Leyla. This made the whole process as smooth and seamless as possible. Meeting Dr. Leyla was a true joy, as she has a very friendly and caring personality. Additionally, she took time to speak with me and better understand what I was looking for, talking through various options with me. She understood my concerns and made sure that she addressed them in the best possible way that would enable me to function normally. Even when there was a slight delay in the process due to matters outside of the office's control, I appreciated that they were quick to inform me using multiple modes of communication (phone, email and text) to ensure that I would get the notification. Since I was apprised of where things stood every step of the way, things were able to be taken care of quickly, ensuring that my day-to-day life was never adversely affected in any way. I just had my first new patient appointment. The doors are unique when you first enter the office. It has a welcoming vibe. I saw Dr. Nguyen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything as well as a transparent treatment plan with different options. I have anxiety at the dentist and she helped calm me and was considerate to ask if I was in pain throughout the cleaning and exam. The staff were all nice and friendly as well. The dentist even helped fix irritation around a crown I had place from my previous dentist. Dr. Nguyen even went above and beyond to discuss exercises and things I should be doing at home to help with some of my dental issues. So far my experience has been very positive with everyone in the office. This office was recommended by a friend and I’ll be passing it forward to recommend to others as well.

The nurses and doctors were so kind; I ended up loving being there. Dr. Layla gave me so many tips to keep my smile in top shape. Thank you all from Newbury Dental — I had a great experience. ☺️

I came in on an urgent basis and without an appointment because of some sudden bleeding in my mouth. They were able to take a look quickly and alleviate my concerns, which I really appreciated. I’m a new patient and was with my previous dentist for 40 years and was reluctant to find someone else, due to prior bad experiences at other offices. All I can say is Newbury Dental far exceeded all my expectations and I’m very happy to be a patient there. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental care.

I am responding on behalf of my wife Amelia Petrovich. Amelia tells me she was very pleased with the services provided by the technician (she doesn't remember her name). The tech was careful, thorough, communicative, supportive, and QUICK. Amelia experienced no discomfort or any sort of concern through the cleaning process. 10 stars!

Came in for a new patient appointment and the service was wonderful. I came on time and was called to the back right away. The front desk and back office staff were very kind and welcoming. As someone who is not a fan of visiting the dentist, the dental cleaning was thorough and smooth.

Dr. Leyla is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has great bedside manners as a doctor, and performs all procedures with the utmost care for her patients. I’ve had multiple procedures with her, and they have all been extremely successful. She makes sure the patient understands the process, and is comfortable throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well run, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I cannot recommend her enough.
